Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery dates are provided on every product page, below product name. When you'll click the dates, a calendar will appear.

AFTER YOU MAKE AN ORDER: These dates are also available at your customer area -> order history, and with the e-mail with order confirmation.

The price of the product is final, however, there may be costs when crossing the border of your country, depending on the type of declaration you submit. You can ask us for any customs declaration during the cart submission process, you can enter this value in the "Customs declaration" or "Comments" field. However, sometimes Customs will not respect these values so it is a good idea to be prepared to pay the domestic tax when your package arrives.

In EU and UK you are going to pay your country VAT from declared value (ex. 20% in UK) + small clearance fees depending on the delivery method, for details please ask local DHL, Fedex or UPS customs agency.

If you are a European citizen / entity and have an EORI number, you can deduct this tax later.

USA customers/entities do not pay tax.

In most cases we can ship to your country, you can check the cost after you'll add product of your choice to the cart (no purchase is needed).

Dear, this product is factory unlocked, should work in your country. If it's smartphone or have GSM model it might be wise to compare it's LTE/5G frequencies with the LTE/5G frequencies of your network to confirm coverage compatibility (they are listed in the product description). If frequencies aren't listed there, please contact us.

List of the package contents is usually listed at the end of the product description.

OTA updates are most likely going to work in most of the devices bought at our website and they should not change system sate ex. removing multi-language and google apps.

However, there are devices where OTA will not work, we usually inform about it on the product page, in the "ROM" section. If you'll not be able to make automatic updates, you may always try to make manual system update, which may require some skills or tools (ex. ADB) installed on your computer. It may also remove system customisations installed before ex. multi-language support. For more info you may ask us a question from product page.

NFC will most likely work on the most of the devices bought on our website.

Exception are some, but not all, devices sold with unlocked bootloader, due to Global rom installation ex. Xiaomi. Some other devices with Global rom installed on original rom, and unlocked bootloader shouldn't have problems with NFC payments - ex. Realme devices. Root can also cause NFC banking applications not work, but our store in current time don't sell rooted devices at all (state for January 2024).

If you have doubts if your device will have NFC payments working you should ask us every time by product questions available at product page or checks questions of the other customers at the bottom of the product page.

* For details on 5G and LTE support, contact your carrier and see apple.com/hk/en/iphone/cellular. Cellular technology support is based on iPhone model number and configuration for GSM networks.

  1. Available space is less and varies due to many factors. A standard configuration uses approximately 12GB to 17GB of space, including iOS 17 with its latest features and Apple apps that can be deleted. Apple apps that can be deleted use about 4.5GB of space, and you can download them back from the App Store. Storage capacity subject to change based on software version, settings, and iPhone model.
  2. Size and weight vary by configuration and manufacturing process.
  3. iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
  4. Available only in select cities and transit systems. Requires eligible device and OS version. See here for details.
  5. iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro can detect a severe car crash and call for help. Requires a cellular connection or Wi‑Fi calling.
  6. Data plan required. 5G, Gigabit LTE, VoLTE, and Wi‑Fi calling are available in select markets and through select carriers. Speeds are based on theoretical throughput and vary based on site conditions and carrier. For details on 5G and LTE support, contact your carrier and see apple.com/hk/en/iphone/cellular.
  7. Wi‑Fi 6E available in countries and regions where supported.
  8. Ultra Wideband availability varies by region.
  9. FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime‑enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi‑Fi connection. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.
  10. Standard dynamic range video content only.
  11. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Internet access required. Cellular data charges may apply. Siri has been optimized for Cantonese in Hong Kong.
  12. Translate action is coming in an update later this year.
  13. USB 3 cable with 10Gb/s speed required.
  14. All battery claims depend on network configuration and many other factors; actual results will vary. Battery has limited recharge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced. Battery life and charge cycles vary by use and settings. See apple.com/hk/en/batteries and apple.com/hk/en/iphone/battery.html for more information.
  15. Wireless chargers sold separately.
  16. Testing conducted by Apple in August 2023 using preproduction iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max units and software and accessory Apple USB‑C Power Adapter (20W Model A2305). Fast‑charge testing conducted with drained iPhone units. Charge time varies with settings and environmental factors; actual results will vary.
  17. Dual SIM, dual standby. Data and voice SIM selectable in settings. Use of Dual SIM requires two wireless service plans (which may include restrictions on roaming). Does not support simultaneous use of two CDMA wireless service plans. Not all carriers support Dual VoLTE. Certain restrictions apply. To learn more, visit support.apple.com/en-hk/HT209086.
  18. Wireless broadband recommended; fees may apply.
  19. In China mainland, you can use Apple Pay on the web in Safari only on compatible iPhone and iPad models using iOS 11.2 or later.
  20. Data accurate as of product launch.
  21. Product recycled or renewable content is the mass of certified recycled material relative to the overall mass of the device, not including packaging or in-box accessories.
  22. Carbon reductions are calculated against a baseline scenario: 1) No use of clean electricity for manufacturing or product use, beyond what is already available on the grid (based on regional emissions factors). 2) Apple’s carbon intensity of key materials as of 2015 (our baseline year for our 2030 product carbon neutrality goal). Carbon intensity of materials reflects use of recycled content and production technology. 3) Apple’s average mix of transportation modes (air, rail, ocean, ground) by product line across three years (fiscal years 2017 to 2019) to best capture the baseline transportation emissions of our products.
  23. We estimate the percentage of electricity-related emissions in our manufacturing that is sourced from clean electricity by attributing to our carbon model clean energy procured by our suppliers in the prior fiscal year, based on the supplier manufacturing allocations at time of product launch. Included in this number is only clean electricity that Apple or its suppliers have procured as part of Apple’s Supplier Clean Energy Program.
  24. On a mass balance allocation.
  25. Excludes trace amount of rare earth elements found outside of the magnets.
  26. Efficiency performance is based on the U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Conservation Standards for Battery Chargers.
  27. Apple’s Regulated Substances Specification describes Apple’s restrictions on the use of certain chemical substances in materials in Apple products, accessories, manufacturing processes, and packaging used for shipping products to Apple’s end‑customers. Restrictions are derived from international laws or directives, regulatory agencies, eco‑label requirements, environmental standards, and Apple policies. Every Apple product is free of PVC and phthalates except for AC power cords in India, Thailand (for two‑prong AC power cords), and South Korea, where we continue to seek government approval for our PVC and phthalates replacement. Apple products comply with the European Union Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments, including exemptions for the use of lead such as high-temperature solder. Apple is working to phase out the use of these exempted substances for new products where technically possible.
  28. Breakdown of U.S. retail packaging by weight. Adhesives, inks, and coatings are excluded from our calculations of plastic content and packaging weight.
  29. Responsible sourcing of wood fiber is defined in Apple’s Responsible Fiber Specification. We consider wood fibers to include bamboo.
  30. Trade-in service is provided by Apple’s trade-in partners. Trade-in value quotes are estimated only and actual values may be lower than the estimation. Trade-in values vary based on the condition, year, and model of your trade‑in device. Not all devices are eligible for credit. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to trade in for credit or for an Apple Store Gift Card. Value of your current device may be applied toward purchase of a new Apple device. Actual value awarded is based on receipt of a qualifying device matching the description provided when estimate was made. In-store trade in requires presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID. Offer may not be available in all stores. Online and in-store trade-in values may vary. Some stores may have additional requirements. Apple’s trade-in partners reserve the right to refuse or limit any Trade In transaction for any reason. More details are available from Apple’s trade-in partners for trade in and recycling of eligible devices. Additional terms from Apple’s trade‑in partners shall apply.
