Buongiorno, il giorno 27 Novembre avevo effetto un' ordine d cellulare One plus 13,il giorno seguente ho mandato un email d annullamento x ripensamento, visto che sul sito riporta che dopo 14 giorni dovrei essere rimborsato dei miei 848,66 euro è già trascorso più di un mese ma non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. I have never left a negative review before, but this company definitely deserves really bad review.
I ordered a phone in May. Although it stated that the product would be delivered in about twenty days, two months later I was still sending emails to check on its status. Two months after placing the order, I received an email informing me that they didn’t even have the phone I had paid for and that I could choose another one instead. A few days later, they supposedly found the phone I had ordered and claimed to have shipped it.
Another two months passed, and in September, the package arrived at customs, even though I had canceled the order. They then recommended that I accept the phone because they would charge me for delivery costs. Since I had already bought another phone during the five months I waited for the order, it made no sense to accept it.
And now, two months later, in November, after several emails and after the 14-day refund period had passed, they refunded only a third of the amount. They took nearly €300 for costs without providing any justification, citing their terms and conditions, which, imagine, state that delivery charges are possible. For a phone costing €850, nearly €300 for delivery.
Besides waiting for 6 months and being charged extra uncovered costs, I would add that some of the customer service representatives who responded to emails were not very polite, which contributed to the overall impression that I wouldn’t give even a single star.

Basically I can say that all is well and the company is 100% reliable and try to take care of the customer. But it seems the orders are taking more and more time. 5 weeks, 7 weeks, now 8weeks +. If you can wait 1-2 months. This shop is highly recommendet. I saved roughly 800 euro.

I ordered a phone almost one month ago and after 3 weeks I was told it is out of stock I don’t know how long it will take before I get my phone it is not so good its annoying

Hi guys Many Thanks to you and Jacek, for ensuring safe delivery of my phone which I now have.
Me and Jacek had thought it would have been the black colour one being shipped but it actually turned out to be the Orange one, the colour I wanted. ?
Many Thanks to the supplier too and happy seasons ahead.
I will order another device again soon for a family member also shipped quite fast. ?

The product arrived well, the contact was not bad but I give it four stars because it took 2 months to arrive and at one point if I had not asked what was happening, I would not have found out that I was about to cancel it because they could not load the global ROM.

I can see a lot of bad reviews here and I know from a customer POV, we tend to leave reviews when something is not going as expected, for the most part. So here I am telling you about my own positive experience. I have made 2 different orders before at different dates, everything went fine, one order came 2-3 days later than it said on the website but that's ok. Products worked fine, original of course, nothing shady. I've made another order yesterday, a Vivo X100 Ultra 512GB Grey and like previous orders it will be shipped to Italy. I hope this comes without any issues, just like the ones before. I will keep you updated
