Staff have been quick and helpful to respond to any questions. Xiaomi 17pro brand new well packaged; works in the UK just need to set up google play. Small delay with shipping but you save on the price so it’s worth the wait.

RIHQRIMOV I have ordered HUAWEI Pura X 1TB version in the month of September.
After a month of following the product I ordered was out of stock and Bludiode team suggested a 512GB variant and mentioned as Opened box.
But I received a used mobile with a sim card in it. Scratches on the screen and dust all over. Don’t buy any mobile from these people. They sell used mobiles in the name of new products.

I received my 400 pro with a slight delay from the announced date, but in the end everything ended well. Packed with Chinese apps, which I successfully deleted. A few headaches with the installation of Google Play, but that was it. It works perfectly, updates perfectly so far, two or more days of real battery life, top processor, long memory. The photo section doesn't particularly excite me, however. Maybe the advertising is a little exaggerated here. Everything else is ok.

Oppo find N5. I do like this device but because its a chinese version, there are a lot of compatibility issues and some things outwright not working. These are issues with ur smart watches, payment apps, social media apps, etc.

After going back and forth with the customer service team for over a week and giving them all the necessary screenshots and evidance they asked for, I was met with ohh this doesn't buy this and try this instead... and at the end I was told I am sorry we can't refund opened unit. After nearly 2 months of waiting for this product and being dissappointed, it definitely is not worth it. I even offered I wouldn't mind swapping the chinese version for global versioin but nope.

To any future buyers, unless you want to put up with long delivery time and lots of compatibility issues I do not recommend buying the chinese version phone. It better you pay extra and get global version. It will save you lots of hassle on long run.

Ah, the mighty Oppo Find N5 – a technological dragon straight from China! You scored it up to 40% cheaper than the local price (great move, by the way), but then wanted it to behave like a global one with a butler and English tea service included. That’s like buying a panda and complaining it doesn’t bark!

We did mention it’s the Chinese version, and it does work perfectly fine in Europe — it just needs a little setup yoga and maybe a Google blessing. Our customer service ninjas offered tweaks and ideas, but once the device is opened, it’s officially your loyal companion, not returnable luggage.

Funny thing is, we even have an article on our blog explaining exactly the differences between this version and the global one… but it seems that scroll was left unread before the adventure began!

Still, with a few small adjustments, your Find N5 will shine bright — and you’ll still have that sweet 40% discount to brag about while others pay full price.

I'm very satisfied and recommend this store. I waited a long time for my dream smartphone, but was worth. The waiting time is roughly as stated, with an additional time for Bludiode 2 process the payment, which unfortunately automatically increases the waiting time. The device is exactly as I ordered; what more could you expect? I'm completely satisfied!

I want to thank you very much that my device is the Vevo X200 ultra of which I ordered has reached me. I had ordered it on 13th July 2025 and on 28th August 2025 it has reached my wife. It took a little longer but I am very grateful to you for this that my advice has reached me in the right way.

I paid for the POCO F7 ULTRA phone on May 5th.
I believed in the delivery specification that assumed this at the beginning of June. On July 5th, I had not received the phone even though I had been talking to the seller for a whole month. I found out that he did not have the product in stock, but was calling another seller who had something like that.
Two months later, I insisted on sending my money back because he had not shipped the product. However, I woke up with a delivery notice. This came from a third-party company. In the meantime, customs conditions have changed, so for a $656 phone, sent by this company from China, I paid $332 in taxes.
