On June 15, 2024, I ordered and paid for Vivo X100 Ultra. To this day I have no information whether the phone was sent at all or what is happening with my parcel worth PLN 4,400. They don't reply to emails and they don't reply to any other messages. I'm afraid they're scammers and I'm reporting it to the police soon. After paying for the order, suddenly no contact.

OTA updates are most likely going to work in most of the devices bought at our website and they should not change system sate ex. removing multi-language and google apps.
However, there are devices where OTA will not work, we usually inform about it on the product page, in the "ROM" section. If you'll not be able to make automatic updates, you may always try to make manual system update, which may require some skills or tools (ex. ADB) installed on your computer. It may also remove system customisations installed before ex. multi-language support. For more info you may ask us a question from product page.
NFC will most likely work on the most of the devices bought on our website.
Exception are some, but not all, devices sold with unlocked bootloader, due to Global rom installation ex. Xiaomi. Some other devices with Global rom installed on original rom, and unlocked bootloader shouldn't have problems with NFC payments - ex. Realme devices. Root can also cause NFC banking applications not work, but our store in current time don't sell rooted devices at all (state for January 2024).

- The device has been tested for water resistance using the IEC 60529 standard and has achieved an IP54 rating. IP54 resistance protects against splashing water. Water splashed against the enclosure from any direction will have no harmful effects. (https://www.iec.ch/ip-ratings) The water repellency may deteriorate over time under normal conditions of use, or if the unit is damaged, repaired or disassembled or not observe the correct precautions. The IP54 water-repellent function of this device is only suitable for general tap water or freshwater, and not for contact with other types of water or liquids (e.g. seawater, salt water, chlorinated water and beverages). In addition, do not immerse the unit in any water or liquid, and please note that this device has a USB-C® charging port, and the USB-C® port must be thoroughly dried before charging. Note: The water repellency of this device is tested by using a flow rate of 0.1 l/min per hole (the number of holes depends on the size of the swing tube), a water spray angle of ±180° and a pressure of 80~100 kPa; the device is rotated 90° horizontally after 5 minutes, and the water flow continues for a total of 10 minutes. After the test, the device is removed, fully dried, and then checked for normal operation.

Is this the Global, NA, or Chinese version in terms of network bands?

It's Chinese version with global rom on it. It’ll have English and other languages support and google services.
